Simple Field Service Demonstration Guide

  • Simply sign-up for a new org with the Trialforce ID provided on the home page. This will always have the most up-to-date trialforce id to use.

    • Log-in to Org

    • Navigate to Field Service Console App

    • Reset Data Flow (bottom left)

    • done

    • Log-in to SFS mobile + Youreka (optional) with the same credentials

    • You may need to clear cached metadata

      • Profile Tab (bottom right)

      • Gear button ⛭ (top right)

      • Double Gear ⛭⛭ Advanced Settings

      • “Clear Cached Metadata”

      • Kill app, reopen app
